Lead Times
All orders of Easylawn artificial grass are cut to order. All next-day deliveries are subject to stock. As deliveries will be made by a van or lorry, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem due to restrictions for access, please inform us at the time of order.
It will be necessary for the driver to obtain a signature for this free UK delivery. The driver is allocated a maximum of 15 minutes to offload and obtains a signature.
Deliveries will be at the main entrance to your premises, the driver is not permitted to enter your premises. (The handling of the artificial grass is heavy & the roll cannot be bent, it may be easier to leave it outside until ready to be fitted)
We are unable to give a precise delivery time unless it has been agreed by telephone, the standard delivery service used is within 3 working days. As we have no control over the deliveries after they leave our warehouse we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays & no compensation will be payable by ourselves. Therefore, we advise against booking fitters, etc. for installations until goods have been received.
We only deliver to mainland UK Free Delivery min order £300 inc vat. and some remote areas are subject to additional carriage fee.
