On the rare occasion, deliveries have been mixed up so please always check your good are correct.
On opening unrolling any type of artificial lawn the pile will need to be aired & acclimatised so the pile can burst. This is due to machine factory packing which compress’s the pile flat and will need the sun to burst & soften the pile open.
